Our agency opened in April 2001 and is a well-established team of six with a strong reputation for service and consistency. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had a goal of becoming self-employed and built my background through experience in both banking and insurance.
I’m a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and have been married for 30 years with two adult sons. Outside of work, I enjoy boating, fishing, and staying active in the community. I’m a charter member and past president of the Holly Springs Rotary Club, have been active in my church for over 20 years, and participate in mission work including the Appalachia Service Project. We also support a variety of local charities.
For our team, we offer PTO, sick days, work-life balance, and support for continuing education and professional development.

- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
