ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in April 2001 and is a well-established team of six with a strong reputation for service and consistency. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had a goal of becoming self-employed and built my background through experience in both banking and insurance.

I’m a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and have been married for 30 years with two adult sons. Outside of work, I enjoy boating, fishing, and staying active in the community. I’m a charter member and past president of the Holly Springs Rotary Club, have been active in my church for over 20 years, and participate in mission work including the Appalachia Service Project. We also support a variety of local charities.

For our team, we offer PTO, sick days, work-life balance, and support for continuing education and professional development.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tim Farless - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
